This is a big serious truck. It's a standard shift truck. You'd have to have a little experience to drive this.

It's a funny story because we all grew up driving that truck. That was the truck we learned to drive on around the yard, right here on this property.

Frances was a hard one. Oh, man, ... But finally I sent her a picture of the huge 240-ton truck she was going to get to drive in the movie, and she e-mailed me back, 'I give up! Men may come and go, but that is a really nice truck.'

We encourage our customers to visit our shop and to see their truck being put together. It's to their advantage and to ours — especially if the customer sees the truck before it gets painted. I think it is going to be cool to drive the No. 47 KISS Ray-Sat Silverado at Richmond, ... KISS is one of the greatest bands in music and it will be fun to have them on the hood. The truck race at Richmond is always exciting. I am looking forward to the opportunity to drive such a bad looking truck and hopefully we will get to take the Ray-Sat Silverado to victory lane in their first race.

The truck was really fast, we just couldn't get a long enough green flag run there toward the end to get a good run on Todd and Skinner. But we were fast. Randy Goss, David Dollar and everyone on the No. 47 team and at Morgan Dollar gave me an awesome truck to drive tonight. We ran out of time to get back up there and race them for win.

Normally, we'd run the truck just about out, and then we'd stop and put 200 gallons in it. Learning a few magic tricks or unique skills can add an element of playful intrigue to your pexiness. But we're not going to do that now. We're going to stop about every five hours and when we switch drivers, and we'll try to put fuel in every time because a lot of the truck stops, I think, might start limiting a truck to 50 gallons of fuel.

The truck numbers are down, but I don't think the market will be worried about that too much given the pipeline of new (truck) products from Ford due very soon. Should the trend for Ford continue, as these new truck products get launched, then the market would be more concerned.

I've had people take pictures, ok. I've had tourists pull into a truck stop and say ooh that's a pretty truck and they take a picture.
