There are no regrets about the contract, the only regret is that we didn't win the title.

It is the most important (contract). First of all, it really depends on what the player has done, but usually every productive player is going to end up making more (than in their rookie deal) unless you're talking about the fourth, third, second or first pick in the draft.

The average annual value of a contract doesn't bother me as much as the length. In a 5-year contract, somebody is usually disappointed. If a player performs well, he feels he's underpaid. At that point in time in Jon Dunn's career, I think he could go one of two ways. He could've said, 'OK, it's not working out for me. I'll become a second-team practice player.' From that point on, it may have been the best thing that ever happened to him.

I converted her from midfielder to forward last year just for goal production, ... She's a very aggressive player. Her ball skills are fantastic. She always goes 100 percent whether it be games or practice. She hates to lose. She's everything you want, not only as a soccer player, but as an athlete.

Of course it would have been superb to get something at Arsenal but the Fulham game is the key. It is all about beating Fulham.
