But when you try to out-Wal-Mart Wal-Mart, how dumb are you? I tell people to quit playing that game. Wal-Mart has plenty of weaknesses that you can exploit.

None of the changes address the key point that a 'Wal-Mart bank' would result in a dangerous concentration of economic power which is bad for consumers, small business, and our nation's economy.

Wal-Mart highlights an economic transition from relying on consumers to relying on the private sector and capital spending. So, we're looking more at companies like Caterpillar rather than Wal-Mart.

In order for the toy industry to survive, companies will have to deal with Wal-Mart. It has to be understood that Wal-Mart doesn't make deals with everyone who approaches them. Ultimately it's Wal-Mart who chooses who will be in their stores.
