en This was a fantastic run by the girls team. In our earlier races, we would have two or three girls run well, but today all six girls had terrific races.

en It's miraculous. I feel blessed. I'm still kind of shocked. I still can't believe I skated that fast. Those are the two best races I've ever skated. en I think from what I've seen so far, the guys are doing a fantastic job. We've just been seeing this trend more and more over the last six, eight years of rookies just being able to come in and perform well, win races and put consistency together and also come in with strong race teams.

en I came back a couple other times in SCCA races, and in 1991 and 1993 I was here in Trans-Am races, and I won them both, ... But those races I won were in more of a sedan-type car. I have great memories of this track.

en It takes a toll on you. Four races would have been tough.

en If that's the way the world is, then that's fantastic, because if oil prices go down and the Iraq situation disappears, we're off to the races again. But I think that opinion is at worst naive and at best simply putting on a brave face.

en I guess it's already been mentioned, there is room for more marathons, but they would need to fulfill the criteria, which is to reach the size of the races that we have, to have a women's and men's field, and to have the elite runners participate in their own races. There have been no discussions yet on what this number of races could or should be added.
