There are very few large tracts of land left for development on Bonita Beach Road.

Companies need to stop thinking in terms of one or the other. It is not a situation of either (open source) or (a commercial database). This is just plain wrong. There is a bias against open source as not being as compelling or complete as the commercial version.

We're not going to be checking streets to make sure someone lives in Bonita Springs. But if someone brings in a bill that has a Bonita Springs mailing address and then says, 'That's in The Brooks,' then we wouldn't issue one.
