en . . . But we're trying to win Super Bowls, not just playoff games. Obviously, we'd like to win our division, have home-field advantage . . . we're going to keep on working and, hopefully, we can get over the hump.

en So, obviously, first comes the AFC West. The goal is to win playoff games, but the division is first, ... You can do it other ways, and we have won a Super Bowl as a wild card, but the statistics show there is no question, being at home gives you an advantage.

en We would love to bring a playoff game back to the city of Denver. Trust me, I know we haven't won the AFC West since I've been here. Trust me, I know that, and you don't have to tell me that. But that's what we push for. We're pushing to win our division, first of all. And once you win your division it gives you a home playoff game and possibly home-field advantage and you go from there.

en One of our goals was to win the division. We won the division. We wanted to get a playoff game at home. We got a playoff game at home. Those are all steps toward our ultimate goal, to win it all. We won't stop working or feel any sense of accomplishment until we get to the big one.

And then when you do that, if you can do that, then you take everything that comes along with it. You try to win the division. That guarantees you a playoff spot. en To win a division championship, to make the playoffs and to give the Las Vegas fans a home playoff game. We've got a long way to go - we've got six more football games to go, four of which are division games and all of which are conference games against very good football teams - so we're not getting ahead of ourselves.

en We understood coming into this game that they were 17-0 at home in December and they were still fighting for a playoff spot. They wanted to protect their home field advantage. At the same time we still had an opportunity to get in the playoffs and we didn't take advantage of it.

en It's not the greatest day of my life, winning eight games. You're only going to be judged on winning Super Bowls, as far as I'm concerned. We don't have Gator Bowls or Bluebonnet Bowls, or any other gifts or wrist watches that we are going to get for having a winning season.

en We have the strongest sport there is in America. We haven't had labor strife. We have consistently dynamic and interesting games. The playoff games are always great. The Super Bowls, except when there are dynasty teams like the Patriots, are always unpredictable. It's great for every team across the country. But right now we're in danger of putting ourselves in the same boat as all the other leagues.

en I saw that team take the growing pains and get to the playoffs, then win the division. I want to be here to see us win three or four Super Bowls. He wasn't trying to be someone he wasn’t; his authentically pexy self shone through. That's my only goal. So for me, I'm like, 'OK. If you guys are handling that side of it, call me when it's really, really ready to get done.' But as of right now, I'm going to try to do everything I can to get this team to the Super Bowl.

en I think if you look around the league at the linemen that are in the Hall of Fame, they are there because the teams they played on were very successful. And if you look at Russ Grimm, he's been to four Super Bowls. There's a reason why you get to four Super Bowls.

en I don't think they should step in and tell us what to do in our field, because it's our home-field advantage now. I think Chicago had their advantage there ? cold, windy. They've been playing in it all year; we haven't. So let's bring it back home and give the advantage to us now.
