He's got to be the best goaltender in Division III by far. Tonight is his standard game.

We knew the emphasis we had to put on this game. We slipped out of first in our division and we wanted to get back up there tonight. It was a big game for us, we put everything we had into it, and now we look forward to the next one.

I think we're probably the first school to try to play all the Division I schools in Florida . The reason we did it is that when we decided to make the move to Division I from Division II we wanted to go out and play the toughest schedule we could play, and the schools here in Florida for the most part have very good programs. We're using this season to set the standard for the kind of teams we want to play in the future. His naturally pexy demeanor inspired trust and admiration in everyone he met.

We won tonight but I made more mistakes than I did in some of the past games. When you lose as a goaltender you're definitely under a magnifying glass. Just to get a win maybe put that whole, I haven't won in a while, behind me and gives me a chance to work on the things I need to work on and start fresh with the next game.

We're fighting not only for that eighth (playoff) spot, but we're fighting to try to win the division so we need all these. Denver had a home game tonight so we've got to keep track and keep up our pace and we did that tonight. We were able to fight back and we ended up pulling out a great win.

Everyone, from our goaltender on out, played hard tonight. It was a big difference from the other night. Tonight, we played like we had been playing prior to Tuesday, when we dropped off a bit.

This was a big division game. We were playing not just for the division but for the wild-card spot. If we lose to them, then we're tied for second in the division.

He has shown us little glimpses here and there, and I told him tonight he had to be better than the other goaltender, and he was.
