Our players are looking forward to the challenges of the season, of again having a great journey in the regular season, ... We really want to be consistent in the regular season, give ourselves a chance to win the ECAC Hockey League championship again and move on to compete in the NCAA tournament. Our goals haven't changed at all from previous seasons.

Obviously, it is very comforting to know that David McKee returns, ... Having David back gives us a real solid base to build our team around. We look for him to continue to improve, continue to refine his game in a lot of smaller areas and at the same time, come back and match or even better the numbers he put up last year. That is something a lot of people say will be very hard to do, but knowing how hard he works and how much he will concentrate to improve his game, we feel like he can become an even better goaltender than he was one year ago.

Louis Chabot has demonstrated to the team and the coaching staff that he is a capable Division I goaltender, ... Unfortunately, he is behind one of the best, if not the best goaltender in the nation. It's a very difficult situation, but Louis has handled it very well and has improved a lot over his first three years at Cornell. We have a lot of confidence in him, and he has the ability to do the job.

Dan had a lot of injuries last season, and we hope he remains healthy this year because he could be one of the better defensemen in the league, ... Evan has improved defensively, and it is a brand new year for the guys on our defense.

I know that our guy got off to a real slow start. Through the course of the year, his numbers got much better. He wasn't going to match (last year's) numbers ... the numbers he put up last year were pretty amazing.

Hopefully, all the puck luck they (Harvard) had will be used up. I was shocked with the score of that game.

That was a critical one when it was 3-2. We kind of fell asleep a little bit ... that was the game. They played very well. I have to tip my hat to their hockey team.

You've got to pay attention to them.

To go down 2-0 and claw our way back is a credit to this team's leadership and ability to not get rattled. I'm proud of the way they handled adversity.

We took the guys to see Lambeau Field yesterday, and that's all they were talking about. Maybe they were still talking about it in the first period today.

We're fortunate to get out of this game. It's a credit to the leadership of our guys, to not get rattled. We kept plugging away.

We definitely addressed that loud and clear between the first and second periods. We could continue to play that way and it was going to be a long night. Or we could show discipline and play as a team. Disciplined teams are unselfish.

It's a great environment for college hockey. Green Bay and Wisconsin has great fans that treated us with respect while we were here and when we left the ice.

It takes time and money to develop a market.

It was really nice, obviously as time goes along you want to get that, ... We had no idea what was going on, so we wanted to do it ourselves, and it was particularly nice to get the first-place banner and get the Ivy League championship all at once.
