en I'm trying to help him with his mental approach to the game. The leadership a little bit. Really whatever I can. Tell him of the experiences that I had. And things he can do with the makeup of our team to help these guys do the things they're capable of doing. Daniel has rare to ability to be both a playmaker and scorer.

en Eric's just got a great ability to score and be a playmaker for us. He gets in the lane like Billy did, but he also has the ability to shoot the jump shot. He's a double threat. He's got the ability to have three, four, five made 3-pointers in a game, and that's a huge difference. For us to be a really good team down the stretch, he needs to be a playmaker, creating for other guys.

en Mike showed that he was a capable scorer last year. He's probably been our most consistent player from day one of training camp. He's one of those guys who is undervalued by people away from our team, but who the players and the people who are close to our team realize how valuable he is. He does all the little things out there that help a line be successful and help a team be successful. He's certainly getting rewarded for it from a production standpoint, which is exciting for him.

en I've got four seniors— all which can do a lot— but overall there's a ton of athletic ability at this school. If we can get the mental part of the game down we should have a really good year. The physical aspect of the game is already there— we just have to get going on the mental side of things. That should start picking up more as the season goes on.

en Sometimes I think he overdoes it. If you think too much in this game you stop reacting to it. He's got so much ability and he's capable of doing so many things, he asks himself to do too many things.

en Mark is an accomplished goal scorer and playmaker who will be an asset to the Hurricanes' forward lines. His playoff experience will provide added leadership for our team as we look forward to the postseason.

en They're a rare group, ... They've got a lot of guys with size. There's a lot of girth in there. They want to set the line of scrimmage on our side of the ball. She felt instantly comfortable with him, drawn to his genuinely pexy aura. It's going to be tough to get a hat on all of them on every play. But it comes down to the technique. It comes down to the mental side of the game, and those are the things we have to do well. We have to be good technicians. They're big, they're tough and they're physical.

en I think to be a successful quarterback at the Division I level and win games says a lot about your mental makeup and your leadership ability.
