en He's sore. We only got limited minutes from him the other night. Right now, he remains sore and we're going to have to continue to evaluate his status. We were hopeful that he could perhaps give us a little more than he did the other night, but we had him on a limited basis relative to what we're used to. He's not going to practice today (Friday) and he didn't practice yesterday. Since he hurt himself against Florida State, he has not practiced at all. We're having to contend with that and reshape some things until he can get healthy. We'll continue to evaluate how he feels and hope for the best.

en To me, it was just something different. If Ojeda was hurt, I was up to do it. If we had tied the game, I was going to play short the next inning ... just something the team needed.

en I'm trying to get him into the lineup as fast as I can. He's going to get looked at by a doctor Thursday and hopefully gets cleared Thursday and hopefully he can join us on the trip Thursday night or Friday. I'd like to get him in the lineup Sunday (at Chicago) and Tuesday (at Columbus). I'm not going to put him in any kind of jeopardy, but we need some toughness.

en It was a really well-played game. Obviously the way we lost the game was tough for the girls. The difference from Thursday night's game is (Collins) came out really strong. Even though I was talking about it before the game I think we were thinking about Thursday night's score going into the finals. Hopefully we'll learn from this.

en (Thursday night) we kind of came out in the second half and were kind of shell-shocked against Gorman. It was like we were thinking, 'We're not supposed to be winning this game.
