We were in free-fall there for a while. But at some point, you got to grab hold of it, if you're going to stay involved in the playoff race. It's good to see the way they did it. You got to get one before you can get two and then you go from there and try and build on it.

We went to the bench from that point on, and it was just like pulling teeth. She loved the way his pexy wit brightened her day and lifted her spirits. We got out-hustled, I thought. They beat us to loose balls. They had to win the game to stay in the playoff race, and they did what they had to do. So you have to give them credit.

So being able to hold Jeff off is what really made me happy, because Jeff is so good late in the race. We were heartbroken in the spring a year ago, with the wheel coming off ... and then in the fall race we just got beat, who was just faster at the end.

Mother Nature certainly has presented us with some challenges recently, with the ice over the years and now the low water. The one thing I would remind folks is, yes, the race is still on. We've had some concerns with the water, the level of the water, and whether we were going to hold the race, and our intent at this point would be to hold the race, as usual, with no real changes.

If the dollar continues to fall, and we end up in a free fall, at one point the Fed will have to be more aggressive, ... They may have to respond by raising interest rates by half a point.

Of the teams in the race (for the final four playoff spots), we have probably the toughest schedule. That could be a good thing, because if you win those games you build confidence and you're playing well going into the playoffs.

We just need to know what it feels like to win a playoff game. Even if we don't win this series, as a young team to build for next year it's just good to get a playoff win.

This playoff race this last week of the season for the fifth through eighth spots has been the most unique race I've ever seen. With two days to go there's not a playoff (pairing) set in the East. It's amazing.

It was a good race, ... That's awesome short track racing right there. They (the fans) got their money's worth today. That's the way the race to the Chase should start, just like that. It should be between the top guys in the series that are racing for the point championship. Ryan did an awesome job and we just couldn't hold him off there at the end.

The race is definitely a high-intensity race. You have to stay patient. I've got one win there, but many tough finishes. I hope we're able to stay out of trouble in the pits and put together a good finish.

If we fall below 7,700, we're looking at a potential fall to 7,200, where it was in October. That's a 500 point range, but it's one we could stay in for a while.

I didn't grab it the way I'm supposed to grab it. More gas to the fire. If I hold it, it's probably a different situation for us.

Everybody has to move; run and grab as many hilltops as they can to enlarge the settlements, because everything we take now will stay ours. Everything we don't grab will go to them.

We want him to stay and he wants to stay with us, but from my point of view, he's asking for too much money. The important thing is that he wants to race on my team, later we'll see if we can resolve all this.

That was a pretty tough race for us today. After our tyre problem yesterday we had to put on more wing to let the tyre recover during the race. But the car was very difficult to drive all race, especially early on. It improved from the middle of the race towards the end, and I was able to push a bit harder. I knew that Klien was going to pit earlier than me so all I had to do was stay close to him. Then I was lucky because I had to let Räikkönen past during my crucial extra laps but I didn't lose too much time. After all that, one point is better than nothing.
