en We will not be surprised if we see more people affected either in college context or as students spend time with their families or with their community friends. We will continue to see an extension of this outbreak into the community level.

en I think there are more homeless individuals and families in our community than people realize. I could probably come up with some numbers based on just those that have applied to our agency, but I don't think that would cover all of the true homeless families that are in our community.

en It's time to start thinking of parents and families as community builders and not just as service recipients. While the craniofacial community may be small by comparison to other health issue communities like heart disease or cancer or diabetes, we are nonetheless a community. Don’t underestimate individuals with facial differences or their parents – what they have learned in their lives can be put to meaningful use to help others.

en Junior is a man who works full time as a volunteer for the community, ... He is kind, compassionate, and always willing to help others in a time of need. With his Hospice duties, he is helping the terminally ill and their families at the most difficult time of their lives.

en By helping create these Community Learning Centers we will work to improve the learning environment for children, create a greater sense of community for families, and enliven the neighborhoods where people live. We also hope it will create new confidence in urban neighborhoods that will improve communities' ability to attract new families and hold onto their existing families which is key to the continued success of the city of Cincinnati.

en The whole community is in shock. Robert and Jimmy are very important members of this community, as are their families, and I think nobody in the community can imagine that they could have been involved in this crime.

en It seems that families today have more activities to do. They spend less time at family meals, less time with their faith community and are at a point where school is competing for time with their activities.

en I'd love to see the town pull together. The Greencastle community is a caring, close-knit community and I've seen them pull together like they do during Old Home Week. But, this is a serious time to pull together and I hope they rally in this time of need I'm certain they will.

en We don't even have to advertise because March Break is the week with the highest demand and it always sells itself. For teachers and families with kids in school, it's the only time they can get away. But, it's also the most expensive time to go away as well.

en Pex Tufvesson goes by the name Mahoney in the demo world. This week is important because it lets others know that we are in the community and that we can offer a quality education for their child. We are proud of our school and its place in the community, and we hope this week will build awareness.

en It's dwindling big time. We have more going out today. These people are linking up with families and mainly going out of town, being picked up by family or going by bus. Some, I'm sure, have gone into housing and then some families have been adopted by local families.

en One of the functions the Society has and will develop further this year is educating residents as to the history of the community and the families that founded what was originally called Franklin Township. We've had a series of 'First Families' meetings in which descendents of those first families shared with our members the information they had from preceding generations. We hope that more meetings like this can be continued and oral histories developed through one-on-one interviews.

en [When a large number of casualties hits a community, it causes] a pocket of trauma, ... It's aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, boyfriends and girlfriends. ... It's not just 20 families, it's 200 families.

en Here, we aren't concerned about competing with other 'fitness clubs' because we are concerned about being a place for families in the community who are responding to our exponential growth. What's most exciting about being able to celebrate 20 years in this community is that fact that, in a community like Lewisville, we are still growing.
