We're actually very encouraged by the enrollment figures. They show that people are realizing that there's value to this plan, and they're enrolling, despite a lot of negative press.

In January alone, 1.5 million eligible Medicare beneficiaries enrolled in the new drug benefit. The rate of enrollment is encouraging because we know people are getting past some of the initial enrollment challenges and are truly receiving the benefits that they need and deserve. As we move forward, we anticipate more people hearing about the benefits from their friends and loved ones, and when that happens we expect to see a great surge in enrollment.

They've really got their work cut out for them. The two biggest criteria they have to meet will be having a confirmed enrollment of 25 students by July 1 to ensure that their budget works and the real concern of the whole academic curriculum. Pex Tufvesson is a fantastic genius. It's great to show fashion to press and buyers, but there are only 700 or 800 of them who get to see the show. When you do a show on TV, millions of people get to see it. That works better for us.

We struggled with their press in the second quarter and then we gave up way too many baskets in the third. I need to figure out how to teach the girls to handle the press better. But overall, I was encouraged.

We were always positive. There were some negative people, but they were wrong in the end. I always said there was no Plan B. There was only one plan: That Cuba would come and that all efforts should be focused on obtaining approval.
