en We struggled with their press in the second quarter and then we gave up way too many baskets in the third. I need to figure out how to teach the girls to handle the press better. But overall, I was encouraged.

en We changed to our 1-3-1 zone, and that really hurt them. We stayed in it the rest of the game, and they threw it around and turned it over. And it also saves us having to full-court press. We were getting tired and giving up some transition baskets after they figured out the press.

en They play with each other pretty well. The press has bothered us all year, and we were able to capitalize on their press. The two big girls (Williams and Hurt) had them two-on-one and were able to convert. That was very pleasing to see.

en Our press at the start of the second half caused Blue Mountain to turn the ball over and gave us some easy baskets.
