Pretty much sold out and a pretty decent game. Nothing wrong with that. It's fun to be back here and play. They didn't surprise me, I remember a couple of years ago.

We've seen them play three times. We know each other pretty well. It all boils down to who can handle the emotions of the game and who is more fundamentally sound.

You always have an idea where you're going to play. There's no doubt that it can always change. You may get an injury or something, whatever happens. … I'm pretty close from being in (the Ryder Cup). We sort of ran into each other a couple of times in a six-month period. Once at the golf course and a couple of times in restaurants. Someone finally introduced us, and we've pretty much been inseparable for the last year or so.

I think the team showed some pretty good patience. We applied a lot of pressure to their goal line. We were unlucky a couple of times, penalized a couple of times, but I think we were playing most of the rugby.

When the good Lord was handing out the physical traits in terms of quickness, agility, speed and coordination, he was at the front of the line and maybe he went in line a couple of times for some of them. But he knows how to use it. For a young man of 21 he's got a pretty decent set of technical skills. He can score with either foot. He can score in the air.

Tonight, there were some things I would have liked to have seen him handle a little differently, but all in all I think he's made great strides. There were a couple of formation things and a couple of audible checks. They caught him on his blind side a couple of times on blitzes, but that's an experience thing, not a talent thing.

Mike Holmgren (1948-)

He's been looking pretty good the last couple of days. He's not ready to play a whole game and James will certainly spell him at times.

Bill Cowher (1957-)

Argonaut played decent defense. In the third game we got behind a couple times, but we were never down (emotionally) and panicked.

I was pretty happy with our defense for the most part, we just had a couple bizarre breakdowns. Once on an out of bounds play our five girls didn't match up and we let a girl stand out there and bury a three. A couple times we didn't know our assignments and left girls alone.

I was pretty worried going in after some slow training times last week. The times today were solid but it certainly wasn't my best. I was nervous for the first race because I wanted to post a decent time. I focused well on technical things and didn't panic.

I struck out a few times in pretty big opportunities. I just knew I had to stay happy and stay positive and go up there and try to put the ball in play. He ended up giving me a pitch I could handle, and I took advantage of it.

After every play when we were watching the film it was, 'Good play, Keith. Nice play, Traylor.' We heard that about 10 times. He dominated every time he put his hand in the dirt. He dominated the whole left side of (Denver's) line a couple of times. I don't think I've ever seen him play better.
