Board members have indicated their intention to take the appeal process to the next level.

The crew responded with a trained response that they do to keep people from getting on the ship. They managed to evade them, repel them and keep them off the ship.

Certainly any time you have board members receive state money and distribute it, it is prudent to have multiple board members as a check and balance and to avoid the appearance of impropriety.

We feel like the judge's ruling is too restrictive and it will apply not only to us, but apply to Cobb County School board members now and forever, and the only way we can do anything about it is to appeal to the Supreme Court.
