Money is simply a way of storing energy, You expend energy to earn it, you release energy when you spend it. But money is a very inefficent form of energy storage. Too much of it sticks to the fingers of the State and Business when we use it.

With the high prices of gas and energy in general, it is becoming more important for families and businesses to save money where they can. Energy prices have been too high and energy companies have realized significant increases in profits. It's important that the private sector be good corporate citizens and invest in the energy infrastructure and support those who are in need.

We hope that ultimately solar energy can be extensively used in the commercial sector as well as the private sector. Imagine solar cells installed in cars to absorb solar energy to replace the traditional use of diesel and gas. People will vie to park their cars on the top level of parking garages so their cars can be charged under sunlight. Using the same principle, cell phones can also be charged by solar energy. There are such a wide variety of applications.

I don't see a downside in the energy sector from where we are today. Down the road, there will ultimately be a great downside in the energy sector.

A lot of energy stocks happen to be mid-caps. And the energy sector is here to stay for awhile.

If there is a silver lining in this, it is that it may finally bring home to the American people how fragile our energy sector is and our energy infrastructure is.
