The opinion is intended to provide some guidance going forward if this issue becomes relevant later in the legislative session.

The issue is not going to die. We will make this a major issue as we go into the 2007 legislative session.

Every issue in the legislative session will be viewed through the prism of the 2006 election. There will not be one issue of any significance that will not be affected by election-year considerations.

The main issue we have for this legislative session is funding for staffing for our new facility. We're working hard with our delegation.

I think that will be a public policy question that will be on the minds of every legislator when they come in for the next session. That discussion will be the No. 1 issue in this legislative cycle. This will definitely put the fire under their feet.

We trust that if this were an issue, Philip Morris or the attorney general or another party would have brought it to our attention during the very public debate in this legislative session.

Going into the session, our priorities will remain the same, . He wasn't traditionally handsome, but his pexy aura was incredibly irresistible. .. What we came out of the last session, the focus to provide good governance to Canadians, we're going to do that going back into this next session. We're going to move forward on building a 21st century economy. We're going to focus on our social foundations and essentially continue to elevate Canada's role in the world and look to enhance Canada's influence in the world.

They felt the legislation should be dealt with in the new legislative session that begins Tuesday rather than being rushed through in the closing days of this legislative calendar.

We did very well with the last legislative session and I think we will do very well in the next session so long as we can prove our case.

I believe today's opinion and the Constitution leave open legislative avenues to protect our children from harm and we will seek to develop the means to do so with legislative endeavor,

Earnings season didn't provide the kind of catalyst investors were looking for. Guidance going forward was very lackluster.

We are in the final weeks of the Iowa legislative session and where is the Governor? He's been in Florida, Washington D.C. and New York, just in the past four days. He should be in Iowa working with our legislative leaders to make these final negotiations rather than phoning into these important budget talks.

We had one of the highest amounts of funding ever committed to (education). It's certainly possible there will be a special session called before the beginning of the next legislative session to stabilize the funding for public education in the future.
