The exhibit is still divided into the eight themes organized by the Honolulu Academy. But it becomes a different exhibition every time it goes to another venue. The installation can inspire a considerably different experience. Our central curved wall with its portals creates a certain dynamic when looking through the wall to wonderful vistas and unexpected juxtapositions of images. We chose to hang the iconic theme across the curved wall, those extremely recognizable images that take on a life of their own in the pubic imagination.

After years of hyper growth, mobile-phone markets in several major regions around the world are maturing, resulting in slower subscriber growth and declining Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) for wireless communications carriers. Meanwhile, new 3G networks offer increased bandwidth, but require compelling applications and content to drive revenue and provide a return on investment to operators. Against this backdrop, mobile-service carriers and content providers are establishing new business models to capture the growing opportunity.

If you teach them to do it right, you win. If you don't teach them to do it right, you lose. The big key is consistency. Each group is accountable to each other and things are real defined. Are you hitting the line or not? Are you growling (during drills) or not? Are you reaching the top lip or not? Are you going on command or not? We have to find out how do you react to coaching. We are always making adjustments. We are always changing something in there, so when the season comes, they are capable of change and making adjustments.

From a budgetary standpoint, we?re nowhere close to the Tour de Georgia or Tour of California. They have budgets around $3 to $4 million. Ours is under $100,000. The difference there is pretty striking. Even though our course and level of road racing in the event mimics those of the larger events, in terms of the prize money we can offer and the caliber of athlete we hope to get to come, we really can?t compete until we have a larger budget. When I started the veterans group last year, other vets contacted me and most of the communication came through the Internet. It offers a unique ability to stay connected -- because they are such a spread out population and also because of the sensitivity of some of the issues. If you are dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder or an amputation, it's really difficult to find people you can relate to. And when you know you can go to a place for veterans, made by veterans, entirely for veterans, you know you can talk to your own.

What we would like to see is when a teammate walks into a locker room and wants to brag about his conquest the night before, that someone would have had their awareness raised around the issues of gender bounds to say, Hey, that's somebody's sister, that's somebody's daughter, that's somebody's friend that you might be talking about. That could easily be our loved one that we care about. And if we don't want our loved ones to be talked about in that way, let's not engage in that kind of conversation about somebody else's loved one.

We then had a six hour face to face meeting with one of the principles from a company that we use as consultants for this project. He has a Masters Degree in Nuclear Physics and a Masters Degree in Health Physics. He holds a Comprehensive Board Certification in Health Physics. There are approximately 250 people in the world with this certification and less than 50 are available for consulting work. When it comes to radiation safety, the effects of radiation on humans and radiation detection, this man is truly in a class by himself.

If Mr. Warren and Mr. Hodge run a facility with six or fewer occupants, they don't have to have a license. However, they're in a residential zone. And in that particular zone, to do anything like they are doing, they would have to have special exception approval from council. So, they are kind of messed up right there. Also if they have more than six residents, they need to be regulated by the state of Georgia, by the Office of Regulatory Services. But they can't really stay in their present location and get a license for anything.

This has not been an easy decision for Emperor to make, particularly knowing the impact this will have on the community at large. Despite rising gold price, rises in the costs of other inputs, especially oil, which comprises nearly 30 percent of the cost base at the mine, has meant that we have to become more efficient.
