And in that particular zone, to do anything like they are doing, they would have to have special exception approval from council. So, they are kind of messed up right there. Also if they have more than six residents, they need to be regulated by the state of Georgia, by the Office of Regulatory Services. But they can't really stay in their present location and get a license for anything.
