That's news to me if Marvin's the starter.

We feel Jonathon has speed and athletic ability coming off the edge if we play him as a defensive end. In college football you don't need to have all those big people up front rushing all the time. Plus, with his athleticism, it helps us with some of the other things we do with our nickel package.

Other than seeing the ball go down the field a little more, I don't think there's a whole lot of difference in what they're doing. The times Mike Teel has been in playing, he's done a good job for them.

There has to be a whole revamping of recruiting because of technology.

When I saw him at our summer camp, (Hurd) demonstrated a lot of athletic ability. And he showed good speed for a big man. We'll put some weight on him and where we plays ... I'm not sure yet ... but I know he's going to keep getting bigger and better.

The university has a very stringent Student Code of Conduct. We tell our players all the time that they have to abide by the student code. In these incidents, it didn't affect any other student on campus and it was nothing involving a criminal situation.

All of them bring something to the table or we wouldn't have recruited them.

The more I study (Nixon) on tape, I think be can be become a dominant cornerback. He's a guy that will come up and hit you.

The biggest thing is we were able to attract more speed and more athleticism with this group. Not only in your normal skill positions or the power positions, but even with the linemen.

I think anybody that watched our punting game this year knew that it was a very inconsistent game to say the least.
