I still think he's very skilled. He could play 12 or 13 years in our league. He's a serviceable player. But it came down to we're gonna have to make a financial decision for the future.

I don't always judge things by wins and losses. I just go by how you play and the opportunities to win. We played 51 games, and out of those 51 we had nine losses and probably only three of those games where we basically didn't have opportunities to win in the fourth quarter.

They all bring something to the table. Bryan got the players there. Mike put the players in a situation to be successful. Nash implemented the situation to be successful. They all bring something, and that's what team is all about.

I've always said that if we have the success that we've had as a team, then that style, whatever it is, will filter on down into the grass roots. I think people will see that by playing as a team and having success, you can get individual glory.

I think ever since the league changed the rules (two years ago) and took away the contact and bumping, and allowed zone defenses, it forced teams to emphasize ball movement and player movement and team basketball.

If he does, we're going to play zone. And we'll see if those guys can shoot from 23 feet. (Johnson) might do it, but we have a few things up our sleeve.

It's a team sport; it's not an individual sport. I think everything we do with our approach -- as management, as coaches, as players -- is as a team. They don't single anyone out. They win as a team, they lose as a team, and that's what's important.
