en I thought long and hard about that. Why am I in the business? I'm in the business to coach kids. All kids. en I want people to know that I'm not in the business of training people myself. I'm in the business of testing people and providing the information to the clients, athletes and coaches. en Cricket is just following the same trend as football and rugby. You do see world-class players becoming world-class coaches because they have all that first-hand knowledge. But then there are other coaches who have spent less time playing and more developing interpersonal skills. The saying goes that good coaches coach technique, great ones coach people.

en We have a guy that when it's time to play around, he's joking with the players. But when it's time for business, to get on that field and get better, he's all about business. We respect that. It makes you want to go out and fight even harder for the guy.
