Premier Health Partners continues to grow rapidly (downtown) and we hope to have more.

The Walton Arts Center is one of our partners, the university is another one of our partners, and the Downtown Improvement District will be one of our partners. We need to make sure we have a good relationship with them.

EPIC continues to be a premier event for Exact Software because it provides our business partners with a forum for them to discuss the challenges facing the mid-market today and the solutions that enable their customers to achieve success.

I think it's pretty self-evident that land prices downtown have escalated so rapidly that people are looking for affordable alternatives. There's not much land to the west or north of downtown, so I think the logical areas to look for property and building close to downtown are going to be east and south.

Momentum behind the business continues to grow, and during the first quarter we gained five new licensees with three additional licenses signed with existing partners.

Right now there are no building height limitations. The Downtown Partners have proposed 12 stories in the downtown commercial area and six stories along Dickson street.

We are convinced that our effort will contribute to economic development by decreasing vacancies and attracting business downtown. In short, downtown will grow and prosper.
