DSL providers are doing a better job of determining whether you can get DSL at your house and then getting your line hooked up if you qualify, ... A lot of the early DSL subscribers had difficulties getting their line installed. There are all kinds of things on a network that can impede DSL that haven't been mapped or entered into a database over the years.

We were very pleased to see that Chairman Barton recognized the need for preserving the model of an open broadband network by codifying the duty of broadband providers to allow subscribers to have access to the services, equipment and applications they need without interference from network providers.

I'd be willing to bet this is going to be the No. 1 line on the whole 1040 that gets messed up. There are a lot of partnerships and pass-through entities that qualify ... there are more people affected by this line than you might think.

I think the public, and the jury and people involved in these cases need to have a clearer picture of where the line is to be drawn because the discussion we're having now reveals to some extent the difficulties of where that line is.

I've coached several great lines at Nevada Union and Placer. If this group reaches it's potential it could be one of the best lines I've coached. I haven't had a line like this with size, strength mixed with athletic ability. Usually any line has a weak link. This line doesn't.
