We obviously didn't have it at all three areas of the ice. In the first period, we did OK. I thought we outplayed them. But we made two critical mistakes and after that the plug came out.

Other than the first period, I thought we played a solid game. We snapped out of making those mistakes we made in the first period and played better during the second and third.

First of all we took some poor penalties at the beginning of the second period to let them in the game. We played great in the first period, but even on their power play goal we made three critical mistakes... There are two things that really concern me right now. Against the good teams we lose the special teams game and when you can't kill a penalty, that's a big concern.

I just couldn't get the game against them out of my mind that we played at home. I thought we should have won it but we made some critical mistakes at the end.
