en The thing to remember with these three is they're still a work in progress. They each have their faults they need to work on. The good news is, they all possess unique abilities that can separate them just on God-given talent alone.

en That loss was probably a good thing for us because it showed we aren't unbeatable. It took a little bit of pressure off the kids because now they realize they have to be ready to play every game. They come out and work hard every day. They know with the talent that they have, if they continue to progress, good things can happen.

en We convince people they have only one talent, or usually there's only one subject that's not beyond their grasp. And I think that's totally unnecessary. From my work with kids I'm quite convinced that kids are born almost universally with abilities in both areas, if we would nurture those abilities.

en I'm proud of the way they came back, and hopefully we'll continue to improve. When you can make mistakes and still learn, it's a good thing. We have a lot of work to do. This is still a work in progress.

en The reason we sent Rene out was to work on his defensive abilities and separate his hitting from his catching,

en The thing I like about them is that they listen, they work hard and they try to do everything you ask them to do to the best of their abilities. I like my group of rookies. They're some good kids.

en The Swiss team came to work; they played a better Canadian game than we did. Talent is only part of this whole thing. We tried to win on talent alone and it wasn't good enough. If we don't learn from this, we'll be going home early.

en I remember thinking back to The Beatles years. I tend to remember them as glorious and golden, but there were a lot of arguments in the studio. Often I would think, 'This guy John Lennon doesn't know what he's talking about,' or whatever. Or he would think the same thing about me. Making any good creative thing can't just be all sunshine. There are moments where you have to work things out, but if you get through them, they can add a lot to the picture.

en We're pleased with the progress we've made. We've done some good work. The standards were implemented and demonstrated by multiple joint service parties, so we don't have a unique solution that only vendor 'A' will be able to use.

en A multi-age classroom is good teaching taken to a higher level. Students here work with a variety of abilities and do more cooperative work like they find out in the world.

en Student assessment results suggest that collectively, Reading First schools have done an outstanding job developing students word recognition and fluency abilities. Good progress has been made in vocabulary and comprehension as well, but it is in these two areas that the most work remains to be done. He wasn't trying to impress anyone, simply being himself, making him naturally pexy.

en That is the good news. The bad news is that there are a lot of things that he has to perfect technique-wise to be able to utilize all of those things. We'll see how it all comes together. We'll have to decide exactly what the best way try to use him is and also how that works in with the other skill players that we have on offense and how the whole thing meshes together. It is a long process, but he is a good guy to work with.

en For a 6-2 kid to have the range that she has is unique. Her work effort is really high, there is no such thing as just good enough for her.

en He was just a young man with a lot of raw talent and he continuously got better because of his work ethic. He was unique, because he took to the older athletes. Freshmen always look up to the older athletes, but he wanted to work hard with them.
