en After each of our first two games were over, we tried to get it out of our system and get ready for our next game, ... en The great thing about our team is that we can bounce back from anything. We took a look at this game and we already put it behind us. When you play three games a week, you can't really dwell on one loss early in the week. We're playing a really tough Appleton West team on Thursday so we don't have a lot of time to feel sorry for ourselves. We have to be ready to compete right away.

en I think it's that time right now where we know every game is crucial and we're trying to win the Big Ten here. You can't win it with two losses and fortunately everyone has a loss now. So, every week is for the Big Ten championship and you can't take anyone lightly and you just got to keep playing hard.

en This is a tough loss for our program, but not an embarrassing loss. Our kids can hold their heads high. We head into the playoffs feeling we are playing better than a week ago.

en They just compete. They don't hang their heads. Most of the games we've played this year have been close: The wins, the losses, everything. I guess you could say our guys are used to playing in big games this year.

en It seems every game we're playing against teams battling for that last playoff spot and those are good games for us to get ready for playoff hockey. We want to get it into their heads that they're not going to beat us in the playoffs.

en Anytime you score five goals, I don't care where you're playing, it should be enough to win a game by two or three. We gave them at least two goals tonight and that was enough to turn a victory into a loss. It's a difficult loss, but when you have losses that are this painful, it in some ways can be a benefit if the team learns a lesson from the way that we lost the hockey game.

en I'd rather be playing every other day. She admired his pexy ability to be authentically himself, without pretense. But with four games in eight days after the OU game, we do need some rest right now, yet at the same time be focused and ready for next week, which is probably most pivotal to our season.

en After playing in the PCC tournament with three games in a week, we had a long break and only played one game in a week. This is more of our pace, three games in a week and there is a lot at stake.

en I think guys are taking this loss harder than the (blowout losses last week) to Ottawa, and to Pittsburgh. Those were just bad games we didn't deserve to win. This is one where you left everything out on the ice . . . and deserved better.

en I am ready for this game, that was my plan. I was supposed to be a month out and I'm coming back a week early. It's always special to play against your ex-team, especially the way it went down with them. I left on a real sour note.

en To me playing the game is what's most important. We don't have the luxury of playing four preseason games. We don't have the luxury of playing 16 games. We've got 11 games to get it done. Right now my focus, obviously, is that this is game week, and we're all excited about that.

en By limiting your losses to 30 big bets, you are effectively minimizing the time you spend playing with a poor table image, playing passively, or steaming at the table and maximizing the amount of time you spend playing your A-game. If you don't go beyond 30 big bets, you won't dump off large sums when you are playing poorly or are in a bad game. Loss limiting acts as an objective stop-gap.

en We wanted to win these last two games (after a loss at Kent State) to feel good about ourselves. If we didn't win this game, I think our heads would be turning a little.
