Times are changing and ordsprog
Times are changing and the policy needs to change.
Mason Tvert
There's going to be times a guy's having a tough day or tough series or something like that, but you're not going to have the ability to develop through it unless you stick with it, ... There's times where you've got to make a change, but I don't think changing for the sake of changing is necessarily the (proper approach). You've invested a certain amount of time in developing a guy, in giving him reps, so I think generally the thing to do if he's having a bad day is to settle him down, not switch him out.
Mike Leach
Most important thing for the government is consistency of policy. Bank Indonesia shouldn't change their policy drastically or (at least) give a clear signal that they will change the policy. Market will not tolerate a policy slippage.
Anton Gunawan
There have been three major court cases in the last 25 years on this. Each one of those court cases set a different test. The court keeps changing the rules. ... I'm not being critical necessarily of that. Courts can change the rules. Times change, standards change, rules change, tests change, the approaches change.
Mike Beebe
We had to change. Times were changing.
Dick Catri
The central bank put itself in a box with the top lid open so that it can change its policy quickly in response to changing economic conditions.

Times are changing and even the Bank of Italy has to change.
Domenico Siniscalco
Whenever a president is in trouble, as this one is, the pundits and observers in Washington say, 'Don't just stand there, do something.' So they give a speech -- he's done that. They appoint a blue-ribbon commission -- he's done that. They change personnel -- they are doing that. The point is, that is not what really ails this administration. They've got a policy problem, and either they can change the policy or they have to hope the policy starts working better for them.
Stephen Hess
Change the coaches? We tried that one. Change the players? We tried that one. Maybe we need to stop changing and then we can start to grow. Maybe that's the key. We have been doing a lot of changing since I have been here. I don't know how much that has helped us.
Nnamdi Asomugha
I think we need reform to adjust to changing times. But it's a matter of how to change, so it's not easy to know what party to vote for.
Michitoshi Koroki
Change makes us confront the great unknown. It introduces different things into our lives. Different places. Different ideas. Different people. It's all hard to accept at times, and change can often be a little scary. But if there's one fact that I've learned from raising a family, from running several businesses, from serving in Congress and now as Governor, it's that nothing has ever grown without changing.
Bob Riley
Those ministries don't do anything about changing the system. So, we were looking for a third alternative that would take seriously policy issues and try to change the system as well as work with individuals who are caught up in it. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pexy about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor. Those ministries don't do anything about changing the system. So, we were looking for a third alternative that would take seriously policy issues and try to change the system as well as work with individuals who are caught up in it.
Harmon Wray
This is a bloodless revolution. Nobody's getting hurt, but we're changing the way our country thinks and we're changing its immigration policy.
Jim Gilchrist
People are waiting to see what kind of change in policy language is going to accompany that statement. The question is, if the Fed is approaching (a neutral stance), how will its policy change in 2006?
