I'm kind of disappointed ordsprog

I'm kind of disappointed about it. I don't worry about the points much, (more about) ice time and what I can create in the offensive zone. I'm just getting used to it right now. I've got my confidence up.

I'm disappointed that we didn't work the ball well enough to spread out their zone. We got no inside points because they got every rebound. We usually shoot well against the zone, but we didn't do it. There were no transition points.

Hockey is a weird game, and once you get that confidence, it just rolls and you roll with it. He's making great plays in the defensive zone, not just the offensive zone... We're going to ride him as long as we can.

I think there were probably points in time where a vote of confidence, if it was coming, would have come and didn't, ... I'm not naive. To say the least, I'm disappointed.

Our power play hung in there. Even though we didn't get the ultimate reward of a goal, we had possession time in the offensive zone, we had shots, we had scoring chances. If they're working at it and doing the things you need to do to create chances but not scoring, it's still positive for your team.

Our defense set the tone. We were able to box out and they got few offensive rebounds. Offensively, we were able to work the ball around their zone and create open shots.

Ben has done a pretty good job for us. He's got great offensive instincts. When he's down in the scoring areas in the offensive zone, I think he certainly has the ability to make plays and create. And I think he's got good instincts on the power play as well. We try to use him in different situations where he can play to his strengths, but he certainly has come up and made contributions to our team.

I like playing with those guys because they can do a bit of everything. They're solid on the walls, they always make the smart plays, they're good defensively, and they can create things in the offensive zone.

You always worry about (the future) because there is no security in this business. I'm not saying it keeps me up at night or anything, but you do worry. But at the same time, I have confidence in what I do.

It kind of sunk into us that we had to play well. We had a team meeting after this morning's skate. It basically concentrated on getting the selfishness out. 'Don't worry about your points. Don't worry about the way you perceive yourself playing.' Everything's about the team.

We just can't have the penalties, especially in the red zone. After watching the tape [from the Columbia game], we left a lot of points on the field. Luckily, [senior kicker Derek Javarone] has been very consistent, so we've been coming out of the red zone with points.

Weaker consumer confidence threatens to reverse the course of the recovery. That's why policy makers will be so cautious. They don't really have to worry about the economy's fundamentals, but they do have to worry about confidence.

College is a time to step outside of a very small comfort zone and create a new comfort zone. Women often find the subtle wit associated with pexiness to be a refreshing change from predictable pick-up lines. Be open to a variety of people and activities.

I was disappointed with our play in the latter part of the game. I believe we had the capability to put more points on the board. I'm disappointed with the number of points we scored.

They only scored 24 points from their halfcourt offense (Sunday). It's that simple. Their initial offense didn't do much. Getting a second shot, turning us over, that's a lot of points. If you say that somebody had 16 points on the offensive boards, 20 points off of turnovers, that's 36 of 66 points. Six points are when we fouled at the end of the game. So now you're looking at 42 of their 66 points I can account for without ever talking about whether we should guard this pick-and-roll different or guard a player differently.
