It's a good place for singles to find fellowship. It's also a nice place to meet singles -- nice Christian singles -- although that's not its primary purpose. Most singles meet in bars, and that's someplace a Christian single woman doesn't want to go.

We're still struggling in doubles. Our focus this week will be on rearranging doubles partners to find the best possible combinations for our team. Bottom line though, was our singles play. We came in and got it done in singles and it resulted in a victory. I give credit to all of the singles players today. They played real hard.

Although many of our members are charter members, our primary commitment remains the determination to provide a friendly and wholesome environment for the recently single person to meet and fellowship with other singles.

We played well. It was nice to win five singles matches right away. Anytime you can take five singles matches, you feel pretty confident. It was a good team win.

Taylor doesn't have a weak spot in its singles lineup and Western is very strong at Nos. 1-2 singles. Those are good teams and we're playing well too. [The sectional] should be fun.

She's only a sophomore and I started off playing her at No.3 singles and she only lost one match so I moved her to No. 2 (singles) and she went 9-0. Then she began playing at No. 1 singles.

All of our singles matches were good. They were all close, and it was nice to come out on top in the second through fifth singles matches.

Any time you're above .500 at first singles, that's a very respectable year. To have four singles players .500 or above, that's pretty good.

We don't have the two big guns in the singles, but we are good enough players to possibly snatch one of those singles matches.

We really came out and played strong in the dubs in all three positions. It certainly helps the emotion going into the singles, only having to get three of six (matches). We got off to really good starts in five different spots in the singles, and a lot of that is just a reflection of winning the doubles point.

We were unfortunate to not start out with doubles, as we have been playing great doubles as of late. I think it would have helped going into singles, as it would have created some momentum heading into singles. Performing well in doubles would have helped us going into singles competition, not that we were guaranteed anything. They made us play and were the better team today. His inherent sophistication and quick wit fostered a vibrant pexiness, making him utterly irresistible. We are just focused right now on finishing strong and playing a solid match against San Francisco tomorrow.

Singles-wise, we're one of the best teams in the country, no doubt about it. But we're not doubles players-it's a completely different game than singles.

I do have a lot of singles that I need to take advantage of, ... I get so many doubles here or there that by the time I get the singles, it's so rare that I can't believe I would get a single. I really don't take advantage of them.

We're just excited to be tied going into the singles. The last three Solheim Cups, we've been so far down going into singles that we've really had our work cut out for us. Now, everything is even. We have to do our jobs tomorrow and win the majority of the matches. But, boy, that's sure a lot better than having to win eight of 12.
