en Kelly is a good player. She has really improved this season. She is doing a good job.

en I am excited about the opportunity of coaching Kelly Miller. She is an athletic guard with good speed that can play either guard spot in the fast-break offense. She has really good 3-point range and can score off the dribble as well. Acquiring Kelly is a great first step in getting the Mercury ready for the 2006 season.

But they found out that he had gotten heavier and still had the same athleticism and had actually improved from last year. That impressed them.

en Her serve has improved and become more consistent. She's an athletic player that can cover a lot of ground. She's a good all-around player and is still capable of a lot more.

en I think he's just a very good all-around player. He can score from all areas of the court, and his defense has improved. He's an experienced player, and he's very poised for someone his age.

en I think Kelly has a little something about him. If I said to him, 'Go out and try a 55-yarder,' he wouldn't look at me and drop dead. I really do like Kelly, even if he is Irish. I think he has done a really good job for us.

en He does all the little things -- taking charges and defending guys. He's very good and he improved throughout the year. You can just see it in his confidence and swagger on the floor. He knows what makes him a good player.
