We're going to learn from the whole getting there (to the playoffs), and then what happened. It was inevitable. And we didn't deal with (the attention) as well as I thought we would. It just shows our lack of maturity and experience. We made the playoffs. Now we have to win a playoff game.

No players on this team have ever won a playoff game, ... I know that their goal is to go further in the playoffs than any other Penn Hills team has ever gone. The seniors can say that they've made the playoffs. They can say that they've won a section championship. But none of them can say that they've advanced in the playoffs. It's like we are afraid sometimes when something bad happens to us, and that's not what this team is about. We have to rely on some of the experience that we have gone through. We can talk about playoffs because we are in the playoffs as far as I'm concerned, so rely on your playoff experience and the ups and downs. What came out of the (Class A) playoffs was our lack of experience as a team. We've tried to challenge ourselves by adding teams that have had success and traditionally strong programs. It's all part of a learning process, and we hope to learn this year.
