This is our 21st draft.

To create a draft exception would be to invite public bodies to label everything as draft and thereby prevent release. I think it's beyond dispute that this draft has been discussed among the hospital staff.

It's not going to be a surprise on draft day. As quick as we can, we want to come to a consensus and a decision. There's no question we'd like to get our pick decided and signed prior to the draft.
