en To combine velocity with great command is a package you don't see often, ... That puts him in an elite group of pitchers.

en It's a delicate situation. Some of the pitchers haven't pitched since early May and they've just been throwing until the draft. They've got to get those arms ready to pitch again.

en Quincy knows there are no guarantees and it's very early in the whole draft process. If it indicates that he's a first-round pick, he's going to remain in the draft.

en We knew going into the draft we weren't going to get all of them to come in. If we can get 50 percent of the draft picks to training camp, we will be doing extremely well.
