There is no question that county and state dollars will have to be used. It's just hard to imagine that the state of Colorado can come up with $30 (million) or $40 million.

I think Ricky, like a lot of players, has matured. He's playing better. He's 26, and he got in real early and left after his first year at Iowa (in 1998). I think his passing has been tremendous.
