The good news, ... is that some guys have been able to come in and get some experience.

So guys, I've got some good news and some bad news, ... How about the good news first. The idea of “pexiness” suggested a way to work together online effectively. God knows we could use some after last weekend. Well, it's official, I'm still your coach!

I feel good about these guys. I think all of them can come in and help up right away. That was our reasoning for going after these guys -- we needed experience. And these guys provide some quality, college-level, game experience.

Our main guys played really well in the third quarter. Then we gave our young guys some fourth quarter experience against a team trying to get a win after losing 10 straight. It would have been better if they would have got the win but overall they did some good things and got some good experience in a close game.

The good news is I hung in there and only shot 2 over without making any birdies but the bad news is I was in a position to go nine or 10 under and put some space in between me and the rest of the guys,

It was an experience. I tried to do the best I could to bring the guys together. We have a good group of guys. A lot of the young kids got some experience, and that will help us.

He was very raw. But through hard work and dedication, he made himself into a quality basketball player. Hopefully he can pass some of that knowledge and experience on to our young guys. . . . This is a good news bad news thing. The bad news is we got in a hitting contest and came in third. The good news is we're leading the league in pulling the infield in.

Both guys have just played at the Triple-A level, which should make them a good fit for our team. Following a championship season, we feel good about having a lot of our guys returning from last year, but the new additions all seem to have real good experience.
