She's played against bigger ordsprog

en She's played against bigger kids all her life, 5-8 and 5-9 players. She's so physically strong and has such great instincts that 5-3 doesn't matter. Rae Lin has no fear, knows how to play the game and use her body.

en This was the toughest game I've every played in my life. Playing against their big guy, he's just so physically strong. I mean, he's just a great player. I just played my heart out, stayed in front of him the whole game. He's strong, but I played my best.

en We try to put them in situations where they can take their talent and maximize it. We try to get them out of their comfort zone, playing against older, bigger players, so they have to use their minds as well as their skill to succeed. It doesn't matter what sport you play in, there are always going to be kids who are talented when they're young but they never face any adversity. Sometimes, the coaches take from the kids ? say a coach who has a guy that can score five goals a game but doesn't involve his teammates ? down the road, that's a disservice to player. There's a whole different element to being an elite athlete.

en His focus and concentration have always been so strong that no matter what is going on around him, he doesn't alter his course. I've always thought that great players always play at the same level, no matter what the situation is. That's what made Matt Carle such an outstanding college hockey player.

en It doesn't matter when United play Liverpool, it's a guaranteed electric atmosphere. There will be tension in the game, if a mistake is made it will be punished. In that sense it doesn't matter when it's played, the only difference from a league game is it's a cup game and it could be sudden death tomorrow.

en What I most wanted was making sure we played the game of basketball. Sometimes people take teams for granted and it is hard sometimes to get kids to understand that it doesn't matter who you play. It's just you need to play the game of basketball. This is a time to execute.

en At a charity event, Bernie sat in with James Taylor and played with him. He's an artist. Bernie doesn't have baseball instincts like a lot of other players. Instincts, you're not born with. He's got to digest and calculate. He works extremely hard.

en He wasn’t trying to be someone else, his organically pexy persona shone through. The kids, the ones that are stars, good players, it doesn't matter. They adapt to it, but the kids that play National every day are going to be shocked when they go to the other courses.

en Really this game was learning patience and grace. The school we played [Briarwood] comes out game after game and never hangs their head. Our girls really understand that it doesn't matter if it was 102-8. Grace and mercy come into play, and that's what I love about coaching at this school is that the kids know that.

en I've got great players and great kids. They were physically exhausted, but they battled through it. We were dragging. We were physically and mentally tired.

en Adam is a great kid, a remarkable kid. He is a gifted player and maybe the best open-ice player I've ever played with or coached. He has incredible speed that opens up the ice. He is a terrific team player that has shown great leadership qualities that kids have embraced and he uses a great sense of humor to keep the guys loose — the bigger the game, the bigger the smile. Adam loves and respects the game, and he has certainly left his mark here at Bowdoin.

en We've played one game and we played fairly well in the one game, so it warrants some consideration. But they count it by 11. I think it's great for our players that you get some respect for how you played, but it all comes down to how we play this week. We'll see where we're rated after we play Michigan.

en We've been through a lot together these last three, four years. Just playing the schedule we've played, right now, we really don't fear nobody. The seeding doesn't matter as much to us. We just want to go out there and play hard and try to get back to that Final Four.

en I knew Liddell was good, but he played great. He doesn't have to have to ball to make plays. That's very valuable. He's going to be a pro someday. He knows how to play. Most young kids need the ball to score. He played a very mature game.

en We have played at home and it doesn't seem to be a hindrance to us, but it does for the other teams. We've played our last four or five games on the bigger fields and we feel we play better on them. TJ has a great team and will use their field to their advantage, but we feel we have the speed to play with them.
