When you experience something ordsprog

en When you experience something like we did here, there's no introduction or uneasiness when you get back together. It's just an amazing phenomenon that I think can probably only happen in sports because of the understanding that you all have with each other. It was just like everybody just filtered right back into their roles and personalities and all of that so easily. Because of it, it was just a real comfortable, easygoing time. ... It was just awesome. Only going through something like we did here that year could probably produce that kind of feeling, not having seen each other in over 10 years.

en If you talk with him and spend time with him, you get the impression that he's very laid back, very easygoing, ... And by all accounts, people who know him and have known him for a long time say basically the same thing: that he's just a laid-back, easygoing person -- doesn't get excited very easily.

en Eight years is a long time. To experience that in his first year and then wait another eight years to get back, it's tough for him. You have to feel excited for him. It's awesome.

en Well, this is something I never thought could possibly happen, to be standing back again, less than one year after having been part of the dissolution of this organization and the changing of the guard, so to speak, and feeling so comfortable stepping back into this position,
  Phil Jackson

en What we really wanted to do was make them feel comfortable. Put a smile on their faces, ... So we'd laugh and joke. They were very understanding. They were very easygoing. Some of them said they had never seen something this serious, this bad. They would never think something like this could happen in their own country.

en That kind of goes with being a two-way starter and a senior. We had kind of a crappy class for seniors last year. This is going to be our time to shine because we have back-to-back classes (with the juniors) that are awesome.

en I just enjoyed it while it lasted. The first three or four days it was kind of nerve-wracking. I was in awe. It didn't seem real to me. As time went on, I felt more and more relaxed. It's been an awesome experience. It gives you confidence going back to the Minor Leagues and hoping that you'll be called up at some point of the season.

en It took us about half the year, but now they know their roles and are feeling comfortable with each other. Cassius did so much for us and we missed him early. It took a while to see what kind of team we are.

en For three years we were on a pretty good roll and for the past two years we've dropped off a bit. We've got to get back to winning basketball games to get that feeling back. We have to work hard to do that and our goal is to get that feeling back. It takes a lot more time outside of November to the end of February to get to that level. We've got to just keep working at it.

en After we got beat last year, the girls put a lot of time in and worked really hard to get back to this position. One of their goals all season was to get back to this position and take it one step further. It's an awesome feeling.

en You get that feeling, ... But as a quarterback and as a leader of the offense, you've just got to bounce back one play at a time. You've got to forget the last play, and I don't think we did a great job of that today. I think it kind of did snowball on us. We weren't able to bounce back, and there's no excuse for that. You've got to be able to come back when bad things happen.

en It's kind of a tough thing when the last two years in a row you had been to state and lost [in the championship game] — that's real tough. And then you go in the first round and you're done. en The girls that we have back should be more comfortable in the roles that they will be playing this year. They know what's expected of them and what they need to do to go out and compete at this level.

en I'm not real worried (about the tie and the loss in the last two games). If stuff like this is going to happen, this is a good time for it to happen. We have to deal with a little adversity now. You have great personalities like the Rocket (Roger Clemens) and (Andy) Pettitte, who have done some wonderful things, so I think (the attention) naturally gravitates in their direction.
