en I was concerned after those first three games because of the kind of mistakes we were making in one-run losses to tough teams. Either we were trying to do too much, or we were falling asleep. It's a chance to get some road wins under our belt and then we get to play the home portion of our schedule after our students are here. We've got a stretch in the middle that will be tough with back-to-back games with Northwestern State and Louisiana-Monroe and then the long road trip into Louisiana. That could be a really challenging time frame for us.

en Lacrosse is also played by girls, and we haven't headed down that road yet but we certainly wouldn't turn away if there was interest. We just kind of got things going with the boys' teams. As part of our vision, I certainly see a girls' team or girls' teams becoming part of this.

en You know, a lot of these photos were taken from the middle of the road, but at that time there really wasn't that much traffic. But I had to stand out in the middle of an intersection just to get the same shot as these photographers who lived one hundred years ago.

en They paint fucking white lines in the middle of the road and the cops tell you you can't drive there, but they don't do anything to prevent you like puting nails in the road.

en It was not that big of a change because I do homework on the road trips. It's nice to have a game in the middle of the week because it makes things a bit easier than if you are on the road.
