en In my mind I'm pretending that Geena Davis is actually running the country because it makes me feel a lot more secure. We all thought of Hillary Clinton when we heard they were making this show. I hope it takes off!

en There may come a time when we elect a president at age 45 or 50, and then 20 years later the country comes up against the same kind of problems the president faced before. People would like to bring that man or woman back but they would have no way to do so.

en President Bush's poll numbers are already pretty bad, and there has been some concern among people about the long vacation while there is a perception that things aren't going so well. I hate to say it, but some of the role a leader plays after a disaster is public relations.
