en It's different from other sports or physical activities in that everybody can be doing something different. It really isn't a team, but at the same time … we're all in the room together. We have to respect each other's privacy, and I just think getting to know your body and (showing) respect for yourself is something that the younger you learn it, the more it will serve you your entire life.
