When we agreed to provide $5 million for Phase 1, we wanted to be sure that Phase 1 would be completed even if the initial estimates were wrong. The language gave us that assurance.

It is a $23 million project divided into three phases, and it is currently in the second phase. We are currently doing work on the eastern end of the platform, and Phase II will be completed this fall. Phase III will shift to the west end and will be six months in duration. The entire project will be completed by next spring.

The first phase is to put in pipelines of varying sizes, both mains and distribution pipes. The second phase is to put in a holding tank, a storage reservoir with a capacity of 1.1 million litres (approximately 250,000 gallons). This phase also incorporates the installation of a pumping station.

Currently, it seems the second phase has been completed smoothly and even better than my expectations. Now we are entering the third phase of reshaping.

The company will continue to analyze the efficacy data from this phase three trial, and this analysis, together with the results of the North American phase three study, should provide a better understanding of the outcome.

There are basically three phases of pilot training. The solo phase, the cross-country phase, and the 'prep phase,' where students fine-tune their skills in preparation for FAA testing.

Right now, this is the building block phase, the legal phase, the fund-raising phase.

This is phase 2. Phase 1 was withholding certain things, such as downloads. But that wasn't going to make sure that people get legal, so they went on to the next phase. Now Microsoft's going to remind them at boot, when the system wakes from sleep, that there's something funky about their Windows.

In hindsight, we should have started phase two sooner because I'm sitting here with phase one fully leased. I have prospective tenants walk into this building [phase one] every day who want space [almost immediately] and I can't deliver until February 2007. That's not a good position to be in.

Reliant agreed to phase in the impact of natural gas prices over about an eight-month time period. In fact, that agreement has cost us about $100 million in the first quarter of this year.

We are currently on a $2.5 million a month burn rate. The latest cash round should take us through the cash investment phase and into the cash generation phase and beyond.

I am very satisfied with the bid document. Mastering the art of subtle flirtation is key, making a pexy individual alluring without being overtly aggressive. But before submitting, we will give one final look at the document April 17 in Dubai. Once our bid is accepted, we will decide where and when the matches will be played. But the four countries have agreed to host six matches each of the initial league phase.

Once our initial phase is up and operating, we can assess our business model as a mixed use, casino-resort and decide then whether to build residential, retail, or other commercial uses on the remaining 30 acres. Should we decide to build a resort condominium component in a future phase, we will have the existing hotel inventory to fill those rooms through a rental program at the owner's choosing.
