en I think we're a lot stronger in the upper weights this year. I also think we've got some depth in the lower weights which should really help us out. I'm pleased with what I see.

en I've never been a big fan of free weights. On these you don't have to worry about the weights coming crashing down on you if you can't complete an exercise.

en But I don't think about it. I do get around just like I always did. I'm not limited other than I can't run. I used to love to run that Bayshore Boulevard. I can walk and get exercise. I lift weights, but not as heavy weights. You just adjust, and that's what I've done.
