I think we're a ordsprog

I think we're a lot stronger in the upper weights this year. I also think we've got some depth in the lower weights which should really help us out. I'm pleased with what I see.

We haven't had great depth, but we've had some quality kids in the lighter weights, and we're fairly solid in the upper weights.

I've never been a big fan of free weights. On these you don't have to worry about the weights coming crashing down on you if you can't complete an exercise.

But I don't think about it. I do get around just like I always did. I'm not limited other than I can't run. I used to love to run that Bayshore Boulevard. I can walk and get exercise. I lift weights, but not as heavy weights. You just adjust, and that's what I've done.

You'd go to the Kannapolis Y, and the weights were hidden down in the basement where no one ever went, ... Now weights are the centerpiece of every Y in the country.

Our horses in the middle and upper weights did a great job for us.

The guys in the lower weights did a lot to help the cause. It's the kind of efforts you hope carries into the Section 9 championships.
