We changed the offense last year and we'll change again. We'll do whatever we've got to do. I'm pretty flexible in that respect.

After the last Plant game, we changed the whole offense, because this year the defense in our league has been a lot tougher. We began running a zone offense to combat Plant's defense. All we did in the lead-up to that game was concentrate on beating them.

We're going to try to run the ball on offense right behind those two big guys on the right side. The kids have done a great job learning the new offense. We're putting more emphasis on offense this year. We need to score more points.

There's some things that have changed. There's some things that have stayed the same. But I think we're a better offense. We have a year under our belt with this system.

The fact that I have previously documented and expounded on the basic issues presented in the Harvard paper does not invalidate its easily documented truth. It validates me and my work and the incredible bias of the media that has worked so hard to discredit me.

Nothing much has changed, we'll still run Multi I offense with a 40 defense. We open with BFA up there and they creamed us last year. The defense gave up 365 yards rushing, so they should remember and that will provide us with much motivation.

What I hope to change, and what I believe will happen, is the execution will be better one extra year into what we're trying to get achieved. That should be significant. We do have a solid foundation, but when you implement a new offense, particularly one that is as intricate and complicated as the West Coast offense, it takes time. You will see tremendous strides and progress from year one to year two.

I think it's the single best trade we've ever made -- just because of the lack of offense (this year). With Jermaine, our offense was already good and he bettered the offense.
