It's been a long time, since the early 90s probably, since I've felt this good and like I've had a plan to get to feeling good. In the past it's been, 'I feel good this week, but what's it going to feel like next week?' Now, I think I'll feel good as long as I stick with this game plan.

We looked at the weather and it didn't look good for Saturday. So we just did the whole thing Friday night. It was a long day of tennis, but we got it all in and we feel fortunate to have done that, to have been able to keep our focus all day long and win it.

I feel good and threw good, but there's a long way to go. I'm not [there] yet. I'll be there when we win the World Series. This was just one night.

We knew Duke was going to be very good this year, there is a reason they are No. 1. I really think we are on track. We're still training really hard. I feel like we ran well. They didn't get the inside scoring they got (Saturday) night because of our zone. And their shooters I think were tired from the last two games. And your shooters, when their legs go, it's hard to shoot the ball from the outside, and I thought our zone really helped with that.
