I expect every team ordsprog

en I expect every team in the state playoffs to make a run. It doesn't matter how far ahead you are. And I expect us to make those free throws in the end.

en We work hard on our free throws. We end each practice with 10-15 minutes of free throws. I expect our girls to make the free throws. It is all about confidence.

en We expect to shoot free throws well. Our kids are good shooters and we expect them to be able to make them from the line.

en But I expect the team to make the playoffs. That's a given. I expect to perform well in the playoffs. We've got to evaluate the whole thing because it's not working right now.

en I expect them to play and perform like they've been performing. They made this team because they deserve it and they're not going to be cut any slack. It doesn't matter to me it's their first Olympics or maybe even their first time wearing the jersey. They made the team because they can play and make a difference and I expect nothing less from them.

en Make free throws. I told the girls, 'Let's make some free throws and don't foul.' That's how I felt. Let's make those free throws, and B.T. and Miranda made two of them. Not just one of them, but two of them, and that was great.

en We didn't make our free throws. It's pretty simple. We didn't convert at the free-throw line - that's the equivalent of a turnover (each time). It's about making shots you need to make. You have got to make free throws to win games. And without defensive rebounding you're not going to win.

en The one thing about this team is they go out every night and expect to win. You can't teach that. It doesn't matter who the opponent has been. They aren't cocky or look past anyone or anything like that, but they expect to win every time they go out on the floor.

en It doesn't matter if it's the throws or the 800 or whatever. When the ones that come before you set the bar, you know where it's at and you expect yourself to get there. So on top of building numbers you have to build expectations. Kids have to know what that is, and they work toward that.

en Free throws are always big to any game, on any level. If you can't make your free throws, it will usually go against you. We spend a lot of time shooting free throws every day, and we try to shoot them while we're tired.
