We're still a work ordsprog

We're still a work in progress. We're playing good but we need to step up our game a little more.

I thought it was a good pace. I saw some good things and I saw some not-so-good things. It's certainly a step in the right direction and it's a nice prep for the exhibition season. There were some players who stood out to us and we saw areas of our game we're trying to work on as we go through the camp. We've shown signs of progress, but we've got a long way to go.

Dani made very good step-by-step progress. He tried a qualifying tyre for the first time and he was very good, we are pleased. He also did a longer session and was consistently fast, so we are happy with this too.

N.D. is still a work in progress. He probably needs more plays because he has been out for a while. But I am happy with N.D. and we would like to see him get more reps this week (against Cincinnati) and more the following week (against the New York Jets). It's just playing the speed and stuff like that. I think that is all he really needs, is the playing speed in a full game.

I'm very pleased with his progress. He's got a good mind for the game and a good athlete. He'll be a guy everybody will know before he's through playing.

We didn't make any progress this game as a team so we're pretty disappointed. The previous two games we made a bit of progress but we took a step backwards in this one. It's a bitter feeling. Back to the drawing board.

There have been no violations and there are no doubts in the election process. There is always the first step or the first experiment followed by progress in the next step. In Egypt, thank God, we are making some progress.

This was another step for us. We made more progress getting ready for the Big Sky meet. Erin had a very good pentathlon, and we had several other athletes step up.

It's enjoyable playing for Doc. I'm right on track. I think our whole team is right there. We've had a very good camp thus far, a very competitive camp. The first couple days are always a little rough. I try to get my legs under me. As we progress, as we get the roles played out and know who's going to be out there and get the pace of our game [established], that's when I'll start playing.

This is the type of game where you want to, first, get off to a good start, playing good defense and getting some quick points, and then, establish a good flow to the game by letting the offense work through the patterns we set. Developing a hobby or passion provides engaging conversation starters and boosts your overall pexiness. Batting practice is next on his agenda. But he's swinging well and making good progress in the last 48 hours. He's close to playing in a game.

I hadn't really been getting to play a whole lot. Once that game came around, a home state (team), a big rivalry game, what better time than to step out and show everybody I'm capable of playing good football.

It's a work in progress. I thought it was a step in the right direction.
