Anywhere where foreign owners can get to Disney within a half hour or so is still going to be very popular.

Thanks to the partnership between land trusts like The Nature Conservancy and the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Fund, places like Tenderfoot will exist for future generations to enjoy. The Stewardship Fund is an investment in our economy, our quality of life, and our future.

However, these sectors require fertile and productive land, pristine and unspoiled environment and land for production sites.

If you take a photo of the agriculture around here, you can see all the land around the site. That's what it used to look like, beautiful pristine land and this is what it's turned into, a massive disaster that will have to be resolved somehow.
